I’ve been a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist for over 25 years. During my professional development I’ve had extensive coursework in Cranial Therapy, multiple body systems, energy work, animal therapy, and exercise development. After 10 years of study while working as a PTA, I became a certified Integrative Manual Therapist in 2009. Afterwards, I pursued what interested me (the hard stuff was done!), and what felt like was the missing piece of healing and became a certified Matrix Energetics Practitioner in 2012. I have expanded my knowledge base since then with Zero Balancing, Bowen Work, Master Energy Dynamics, Clinical Acupressure, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. I've studied and dedicated myself to learning physiology, anatomy, and the energetic influences that affect our bodies. As my knowledge has grown and my intuition has expanded, I am able to offer a variety of approaches to open each person’s unique opportunity for health and balance.
